- All refunds are made only to the extent and in the cases expressly provided by this Policy, by law or by a separately published decision of the Organizer.
- If special refund conditions are indicated in the description of a separate Ticket or service on the Site, then those special conditions prevail over this general Policy with respect to that specific offer.
Return of a Ticket at the User’s Initiative- If the User wishes to refuse the purchased Ticket at the User’s own initiative, the refund request may be submitted up to 30 (thirty) days before the start of the Festival.
- In the case of a refund submitted within the period defined by paragraph 1 of this clause, the face value of the Ticket shall be refunded, less the non-refundable commissions / fees of the bank, the Payment Provider and/or actually incurred service fees, if any.
- If fewer than 30 days remain before the start of the Festival, the Ticket is not subject to refund, except in the other cases provided by this Policy.

- A refund of the Transfer is possible up to 72 (seventy-two) hours before the start of the service.

- If only the performance of an individual artist, the programme of a separate stage or any segment of the programme is cancelled, while the event as a whole takes place, this shall not automatically be deemed cancellation of the whole event.
- In the event of cancellation, the refund is made by the same payment method by which the payment was made, unless technically another method is necessary or the parties have agreed on another option.
- The refund-processing period is up to 10 working days from the moment of official commencement of the refund process, however the actual crediting of the amount to the card or account may depend on the bank or the Payment Provider.
Postponement or Change of Date- If the event is postponed or moved to another day, the purchased Tickets remain valid for the newly announced date, unless the Organizer publicly establishes a different procedure.
- If the User cannot participate on the new date, the User may submit a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days after the official announcement of the new date.
- In such a refund, the face value of the Ticket shall be refunded, less the non-refundable commissions / fees of the bank, the Payment Provider and/or actually incurred service fees, if any.
- Changes of the venue, admission time or programme in part shall be assessed under the specific conditions published by the Organizer and do not automatically give rise to a right to a refund, if the event generally takes place.

- The request should, to the extent possible, contain: a) the order number,
- b) the buyer’s first name and last name,
